The process

01

Initial Inquiry

Parents interested in enrolling their child in Apekx Playschool can make an initial inquiry by filling out a form on the school's website or by calling the school's admissions office. The school will provide information about the admission process, eligibility criteria, and fees.

02

Campus Visit and Assessment

Once the parents have made an initial inquiry, they will be invited to visit the campus with their child. During the visit, parents will have the opportunity to tour the facilities, meet the teachers, and learn more about the school's curriculum and teaching methodologies. The child will also be assessed by the school's teachers to determine their readiness for admission.

03

Enrollment and Orientation

After the assessment, parents will receive a formal offer of admission. They will then need to complete the enrollment process by submitting the necessary documents and paying the admission fees. Once enrolled, the child will attend an orientation program to help them adjust to the school's environment and get to know their teachers and classmates.

Required enrollment documents

These are some common documents that may be required for Apex Playschool admission. However, it’s always a good idea to check with the school directly to see if they require any additional documents.

  1. Application Form: A basic application form needs to be filled out by the parents or guardians of the child. This form will ask for basic details such as the child’s name, age, date of birth, parent/guardian contact information, etc.

  2. Birth Certificate: A copy of the child’s birth certificate is usually required as proof of age.

  3. Immunization Records: Apex Playschool will usually require copies of the child’s immunization records to ensure that they are up-to-date with their vaccinations.

  4. Passport-sized Photographs: The school may require a few passport-sized photographs of the child for their records.

  5. Medical Records: It’s a good idea to provide any medical records or information about the child’s health to the school.

  6. Parent/Guardian ID: The school may require a copy of the parent/guardian’s government-issued ID for verification purposes.

  7. Transfer Certificate: If the child has previously attended another school, a transfer certificate may be required.

  8. Proof of Address: The school may ask for proof of the child’s residence such as a utility bill or rental agreement.
